DM Trading, founded in June 2019, is a Japan-based company established by David Kim and Michael Miranda.

Their business partnership began in August 2016, after nearly two decades of friendship and professional collaboration.

With the ongoing growth of Japan's trading industry and the increasing supply, David and Michael expanded their network of suppliers. This led to the official establishment of DM Trading in June 2019, aimed at streamlining operations and ensuring efficiency. Currently, they have facilitated the export of 500-1000 metric tons of various types of scrap each month from both Japan and the Philippines to several countries worldwide. They continue to maintain strong relationships with their partners to this day.

Beyond scrap trading, DM Trading offers consulting services for sourcing raw materials for manufacturing and is involved in the trade of used car and motorcycle parts. The company also manages container booking brokerage, coordinating 40-50 container shipments per month, mainly to India, with additional bookings to Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and other countries.
